Who we are

This website is run by Savoury Solutions ("we", "us"), a restaurant accounting firm serving businesses in the United States and Canada. The person responsible for privacy at Savoury Solutions is [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: name or title], who can be reached at [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: privacy contact email].

What we collect

  • What you send us. When you use the assessment or contact form, we collect the details you enter: first name, restaurant or company, email, phone (optional), number of locations, and your answers.
  • Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is submitting them. Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details for this check.
  • Analytics, only if you accept. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) to understand which pages are useful. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
  • Fonts. Our headline font is loaded from Adobe Fonts, which receives technical information such as your IP address and browser to deliver it. It doesn't set cookies.
  • Basic visit statistics. Our host, Cloudflare, provides privacy-focused visit counts that don't use cookies or identify you.

How we use it

  • To prepare your assessment and reply to your enquiry.
  • To keep a record of enquiries, so nothing is lost.
  • To improve the website.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are emailed to our team and stored in a secure database run by Cloudflare. Cloudflare, Adobe and Google may process data outside your province, state or country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: e.g. 24 months] unless you become a client, in which case our engagement terms apply. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices and rights

  • You can change your cookie choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by contacting [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: privacy contact email].
  • Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as Canada's PIPEDA, Quebec's Law 25, or US state privacy laws. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the privacy regulator where you live.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
